This is the first publication of Harwich's five year financial plan.
The purpose of the five year plan is to forecast future revenues and expenses over five years while adjusting for anticipated changes. It will identify trend lines and provide elected and appointed municipal and school officials with a long-term opportunity to provide policy guidance where revenues can and should be enhanced and where expenses can or should be reduced.
