6.  Con’t  PB2009-18 The Rider Family Nominee Trust, for property located at 221 & 0 Church St, Map 98, Parcel E3, F2, F3, & T1 within the R-R and W-R Zoning District(s), in East Harwich. Applicant seeks approval of a 3-lot Definitive Subdivision Plan and a Special Permit pursuant to MGL Ch. 41 §81-T,U,V  the Town of Harwich Zoning By-law §VI.D.16, and the Harwich Rules & Regulations Part II as shown on the plan entitled Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land situated in Harwich, MA prepared for the Rider Family Nominee Trust, dated July 27, 2009.
